• Zana International makes available various products. The Zana International entity makes warranty as to the reliability, accuracy, usefulness or completeness of Products. If you find any error or notice something that does not look quite right on the Zana Site, we would appreciate it if you let us know by contacting us at http://www.zanainternational.com. (Your feedback is a big part of what helps Zana International  to get better at helping you!) We have made efforts to accurately display the attributes of Products, including the applicable colors. However, the actual colors you see depend on your moniter, we cannot guarantee that your moniter’s display of any color will accurately reflect actual product color or finish. In addition, certain weights, measures and description are approximate.

PRICING: 

• Our website reflects the current price available, however, sometimes due to uncertain circumstances beyond our control or in case of loss, we reserve the right to change prices without any prior notice.

WARRANTIES:

• Replacement ore refund in case of manufacturing defects in workmanship or material quality.
• 6 month paint/powder coating warranty.
• Replacement is limited to spare parts only.
• No warranty will be provided in case of any damage/accident or crash.
• In case of defective product we will arrange a pickup of that product from Fedex ourselves
• In case the customer is not available during the time of pickup , customer must arrange the product shipment to our location himself.
• Once we have received the defective product only then we can send the new replacement for the product to the customer.

SHIPPING:

• Shipping of all the items within standard 5-10 working days.
• For quicker delivery, kindly opt of Express Delivery at the time of check out. Additional   Charges will be applied for express deliveries.
